I’m a certified health & wellness coach working with professional, middle-aged women who are overweight, stressed, and worried about their long-term health.
I am passionate about helping people improve their health and prevent or reverse lifestyle diseases like obesity, heart and other chronic diseases, including Type II diabetes.
I will guide you to make empowered lifestyle choices that help you lose weight, reduce stress, and regain energy.
With over 13 years of experience as a yoga instructor, certified personal trainer, CrossFit L1 coach, and three years of health and wellness coaching, I’ve seen firsthand how small daily habits can shape our well-being. (I've also witnessed the devastation of unhealthy habits!)
I now offer virtual coaching so that you can prioritize your health no matter where you are!
My adventurous side loves exploring the nearby trails, playing golf, scuba diving, and pushing my physical limits through trail runs, marathons, Ironman triathlons, and, most recently, summiting the highest mountain peaks.
